From heartbreak to homesick, Heart for Brains details the painful but beautiful journey of leaving adolescence for adulthood.

I wrote this collection of poetry after I moved out and began college. It is an emotional, raw, happy, and horrid recollection of growing up and realizing that most adults feel the same way as every other young person, they’re just better at pretending they don’t.
